yesterday morning went jogging with hazel and michelle, i jog for 2 round just 2 ROUND!! argh tot i could do better i stop coz my knee feel pain haiz..i tot my leg are progressing well den when i reach my house downstair i have a great fall coz i step on a puddle of water which i din saw it at all.. sianz..den after that went for service actually i dun feel like going at first coz my leg really hurts..but after awhile i dun feel the pain that much le maybe get use to it le..after service all of us wanted to go IKEA for dinner but when we reach there it already close sianz..den we look to another side of the building we saw the foodcourt is still open so we went there to have our dinner den took 168 back to wld den home sweet home..
