Yeah yeah went physio on friday.. the doctor told mi to jog for 5min i go set the time to 8min haha i very naughty hor always do more den wat she plan for mi but feeling great..i love running but run very slow like
tortoise haha. den do alot of things, very differnt from the last progamme tat she gave mi.I going up another level haha hope can start to run and train soon,really very sian when u can't really walk fast when ur friend are walking up ahead of you and sometimes still can ask mi why i walk so slow..
SIAN lor think i want it that way mer? who will like to walk so slow and feel the pain and suffering and i have to fake a smile to say i like to walk slow lor cannot ar...ok enough of that i forgive those ppl haha.den after the physio went queensway to get new tongue stud and i like it very much i brought 1 for isaac also he like it too, went to his house and mess up his room he so fed up with me haha.. trust mi it fun i love doing that den he will show mi a pathetic face, so i guai guai put it back to it original position.haha den went CWP wit hazel to have her dinner and went to UK funfair to have a look den went home after that..
